Terms and Conditions

It is the responsibility of the licensee purchasing these courses to finish and return the answer sheets (preferably faxed)  2 business days prior to their set renewal date.  Any courses received after the renewal date will be graded yet will not count towards the renewal period that has past.

If paying by personal check, the courses will not be sent out until the check has cleared the bank.  This may take up to 5 business days.  When the check has cleared, the courses will be immediately sent to you. 

If paying by money order or cashiers check, the courses will be sent to you the next business day.

Each licensee has two chances to pass the course test with a 70% or higher.  This restriction has been set by the Structural Pest Control Board.
